If a child is struggling, Nexus can help. Our nationally recognized programs help families and children regain control of their lives to enjoy happier, brighter futures. We are a national nonprofit organization that helps youth rehabilitate and reintegrate through a continuum of diversified services from residential programs to in-home counseling.

Youth who come to us have struggled with a range of issues, including patterns of aggression or aggressive behavior, mental health issues, emotional problems, family relationship issues, anxiety and depression, cutting or self-harm behaviors, learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder (ADD), chemical dependency, and harmful sexual behaviors.
