Nexus Treatment Offers a Continuum of Child & Adolescent Treatment Sites, Programs, and Aftercare Services

Nexus treatment operates 5 residential treatment sites with programming accredited by either COA or TJC, and year-round, on-site schools, as well as inpatient psychiatric care programs, specialized foster care, in-home counseling services, and ongoing support.

Our programs offer a continuum of services to provide boys and girls a safe place to face their past and begin their future. We operate sites in Minnesota, Illinois, and Maryland, each offering specialized treatment options for your child's or adolescent's needs.
