Nexus treatment operates 4 residential treatment sites with programming accredited by COA and year-round, on-site schools, as well as inpatient psychiatric care programs, specialized foster care, in-home counseling services, and ongoing support.

Our programs offer a continuum of services to provide boys and girls a safe place to face their past and begin their future. We operate sites in Minnesota and Illinois, each offering specialized treatment options for your child’s or adolescent’s needs.
